What is GLAMBOX?

A collection of high-end and mid-range products exclusively hand-picked for you each month, All packed with great care and love, just for you.

The products have a guaranteed retail value of above Rs 3000, but come to you for only Rs 3000!

 

What do I receive in my GLAMBOX?

You will be sent makeup, haircare, fragrance and skincare products each month – a blend of regular and travel sizes. All items will be of a generous size.

 

How do I subscribe to GLAMBOX?

Just fill in the form and submit it, and sit back. Your GLAMBOX is on it’s way to you!

 

Will I need to order my GLAMBOX each month from the website?

Once you initially have ordered your GLAMBOX, we will maintain a record for you – you will be contacted each month to confirm your subscription before sending you your GLAMBOX.

 

Can I choose what I want to get in my GLAMBOX? Will I be told what I will receive?

Your GLAMBOX is a surprise! You’ll love what we send you, but it stays a surprise ^_^

 

What if I want to return any item/the GLAMBOX?

The GLAMBOX is non-refundable and cannot be returned, but we would love to hear why you wish to return the item. Drop us a mail at beauty.bee@just4girls.pk, and we will ensure you do not receive such items in the future.

 

What if I receive a damaged item?

All items are carefully checked before sending to subscribers to make sure no-one is disappointed. However, if you do receive a damaged item please contact us at beauty.bee@just4girls.pk and we will replace it in no time.

 

How can I pay for my GLAMBOX?

No complex procedures involved! You can pay cash on delivery every time you receive your GLAMBOX.

 

Are there any hidden charges?

There are no hidden or extra charges for your GLAMBOX.

 

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can simply email us at beauty.bee@just4girls.pk or call us at 02134680215, and let us know that you wish to cancel your subscription.

Gift a GlamBox

1. How do I gift a GlamBox? How does it work?

It’s easy! You can purchase a GlamBox to gift to someone.
You can purchase the GlamBox the normal way – add it to your cart.
When checking out, choose your payment option as EasyPaisa. You will be asked to enter your details (Billing Address) as well as the gift recipient’s details (Shipping Address).
Once you have paid for your order and it is confirmed, an email will be sent to your gift recipient informing them of the gift. Once it is delivered you will be notified as well.

2. What if I don’t know my recipient’s email address or shipping details for their GlamBox?

So sorry! We must have the recipient’s address details in order to send out their GlamBox.

3. Do I earn Reward Points for purchases made with gift cards?

We will be announcing our Rewards Program very soon!
